Welcome to Wellness ND! Notre Dame students can use this site to access information about wellness resources and health-related events on campus. At Notre Dame, we focus on seven aspects of wellness: emotional, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, environmental, and spiritual. It is important for college students to find a balance between each of these areas in order to lead a healthy and fulfilling life. Learn more about the different categories of the "Wellness Wheel" here.
Our theme for the 2013-2014 Academic year is happiness. We encourage students to attend any of our events and activities held throughout the school year to enjoy some smiles and laughter, as well as to pick up useful tips for seeking happiness. It is our goal to provide ND students with programming and access to wellness resources on campus. Please check WellnessND on a weekly basis for wellness information, updates, and activities, including our weekly Wellness Wednesdays and Stress Buster Fridays.
Happiness can be enhanced by reducing stress from the demands of daily activities. Check out our tips on managing stress here.
