Notre Dame students can use this site to access information about wellness resources and health-related events on campus. At Notre Dame, we focus on seven aspects of wellness: emotional, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, environmental, and spiritual. It is important for college students to find a balance between each of these areas in order to lead a healthy and fulfilling life. We encourage students to attend any of our events and activities held throughout the school year. It is our goal to provide ND students with programming and access to wellness resources on campus. Please check back on a weekly basis for wellness information, updates, and activities, including our weekly Wellness Wednesdays and Stress Buster Fridays.
